The electricity distribution companies i-DE, ANELL, GASELEC, ENERCOOP, CONILENSE, CUERVA, E-REDES, E-DISTRIBUCIÓN REDES DIGITALES, VIESGO, and UFD submitted to the CNMC a proposal for the pilot project S2F – Flexibility Solutions in Distribution Networks – under the terms set out in Article 16 of CNMC Circular 6/2019 of 5 December, which establishes the methodology for calculating the remuneration of the electricity distribution activity, and Article 24 of CNMC Information Circular 8/2021 of 1 December, concerning information requests to electricity distribution companies for the supervision and calculation of the remuneration of the activity.
The objective of the proposed collaboration on the “Preparation of the S2F Pilot Project Proposal” is to amend the three reports required under CNMC Circular 8/2021 for the submission of the pilot project: (1) Description of the proposed actions and expected investments and expenditures, (2) Cost-benefit analysis, and (3) Technical report, replacing the information related to GASELEC with the corresponding information for ELECTRA CALDENSE.
